Returns
- You may return unused and unopened bedding products within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Used or washed items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
